1. Rewards & Onboarding

Token rewards not appearing?

• This is usually a UI sync lag. Refresh the page (F5) or re-login to see the updated balance.

2. AI Chat & Formatting

Markdown or Layout issues?

• If charts or tables don't render correctly in a streaming message, a simple page refresh (F5) will load the formatted version from our database.
  AI gives short or unrelated responses?
• This could be a connection timeout with the AI model. Start a new session or refresh the page to reconnect.

3. Knowledge Management (RAG)

File stuck in 'Processing'?

• Large files take longer for embedding. If it takes too long, try splitting the file into smaller ones. You'll receive a notification once the process is 'Done'.
